Michael Lance, regarded as a standout participant with A Father's Place, recently completed his curriculum with honors and landed permanent, full-time employment during one of his interviews at Employability Boot Camp.
The father of three never missed a Boot Camp session, nor did he ever miss an evening peer group session. Even now as a graduate of the program, he continues to attend group sessions and occasionally brings other fathers with him.
Lance, now employed as a mover with “Two Men and A Truck," recently earned the highest honor his company awards to employees. The Iron Man Award is given to someone who is the epitome of a good worker. It represents excellent conduct, willingness to be a team player, the assistance of other employees when needed, organization, positive attitude, eagerness to learn and attendance. Lance proved to be a beacon in all of these areas.
A particularly impressive achievement: Lance has been employed with the same company for three years and has never missed a single day.
